MEET JUSTIN BIEBER – AMERICA’S NEWEST TWEEN HEART - THROB

justinbieber1Justin became a 15 year-old soul-singing phenomenon after posting dozens of homemade videos on YouTube in 2007.  His videos had over 10,000,000 views purely from word of mouth. Fans loved his spins on songs from Usher, Chris Brown, Ne-Yo and Stevie Wonder, just to name a few.

"I started singing about three years ago," says the Canadian native who grew up an only child of a single mother in Stratford, Ontario. "I entered a local singing competition. Justin began posting his performance footage online for his family to see. That's how my manager found me. He saw me on YouTube and now I'm signed to Island Records!"

Bieber’s debut single, "One Time", was released worldwide during 2009, and charted within the top thirty in over ten countries. It was followed up by his debut release, My World on November 17, 2009, which was certified platinum in the United States, which at the time gave him the highest debut by a new artist in the year, and made him the first artist to have seven songs from a debut album chart on Billboard's Hot 100 chart.[6] Jusitn’s first full studio release, My World 2.0 was released on March 23, 2010, debuting at number one and within the top ten of several countries. It was preceded by the international hit song, "Baby".

Bieber’s natural talent will be a solid force in music for many years to come. "I think older people can appreciate my music because I really show my heart when I sing, and it's not corny," he says. "I think I can grow as an artist and my fans will grow with me."

And to think, he's just getting started.
